This guarantee applies exclusively to eligible purchases made through sonarita.com. To request a refund under this guarantee, please follow these simple steps:
1. Usage Requirement: Use the product as recommended (typically 2–3 times per week) for a minimum of 30 consecutive days.
2. Documentation: To ensure transparency, we require time-stamped photo or video proof from each week of use. This helps verify that you gave the product a fair and consistent trial.
3. Initiate the Process: Email us at via the contact page with your order number, email receipt, and a short detailed explanation of why you are seeking a refund/unsatisfied with the results.
4. Review & Approval: Our team will review your claim to ensure it meets the guarantee criteria. If approved, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method with no handling or restocking fees.
5. Realistic Expectations: While some users notice changes within weeks, others see gradual progress. For best results, we recommend consistent use over several months.
Clearance sale Policy
Items marked as “Clearance,” “Final Sale,” or offered as part of a limited-time clearance promotion are not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind. These items are priced significantly below retail and sold as-is to clear remaining inventory.
Please review product descriptions carefully before purchase. If ordering multiple units, we recommend opening and testing one before distributing or gifting others.
This policy does not override your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which means you are still entitled to a refund or replacement if the item is faulty, damaged, unsafe, or not as described.
By purchasing a Clearance item, you acknowledge and agree to these terms during checkout.
Faulty or damaged items

Our Returns Policy complies with all relevant consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law.
How to process a return for change of mind
1. Contact customer care to notify us of your return request. Provide a photo of the item packaged in its box and your original order number. Our team will validate that the item qualifies for a change of mind refund.
2. Package the item(s) safely into a box. You must quote your original order reference inside the box or highlight it on the outside for identification. Take a photo of the item in the box (this will be needed later).
3. Post the item back to us via Registered Post at your nearest Australia Post office to the return address provided by the customer care team. The return address may differ depending on your location. Do not forget to provide the tracking number to our customer care team, as we need this to finalise your return.
4. Once our customer care team validates the return conditions and the item is processed by Australia Post, we will process your refund. Refunds will be made using the original payment method stated on your proof of purchase and may take up to 5 working days to be processed.

If you return your items via shipping or post:

you are responsible for any loss or damage to the item until it is delivered to us, and we highly recommend returned items are insured during delivery (such as Australia Post 'Extra Cover') to safeguard against loss you must include a copy of your shipping confirmation email or order confirmation email in the package and ship the return package to as according to our proposed address.

How to process a return for a faulty product
1. Contact customer care, providing:
- Your order number.
- A description of the fault and the product(s) to be returned.
- A photo of the faulty product(s).
2. Our team will assess the fault, and once validated, we will provide a Returns Prepaid Label to post the goods back to our warehouse at our cost, including a return tracking number.
3. Pack your item safely in a box and take it to the nearest Australia Post office to post the item(s) using the returns label provided. If you cannot print the labels, Australia Post staff can print them for you at the time of posting.
4. Once the return parcel is processed by Australia Post, our team will process your refund, which should be reimbursed within 5 working days via the same payment method used for the order.
Processing time
Please allow at least 10 business days for us to process your return and issue a refund. We’ll notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
Proof of purchase
Please keep your purchase receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase. We’re here to ensure you love your product. Contact us anytime with questions or concerns!
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, return your original item for a refund (excluding shipping fees) and place a new order through sonarita.com.
Change of Mind Policy
Our Change of Mind Policy does not apply to:

If for any reason you change your mind about any eligible purchase, we will gladly refund the purchase price, provided:

'As New Condition' means that the item must not have been worn; the item must be in pristine condition with no damage, scratches, or signs of wear. Determination of an item matching the definition of 'As New Condition' is at the sole discretion of Sonarita.

Our commitment under the Australian Consumer Law
You are entitled to a refund or replacement if your item has a major defect. A major defect includes:

- An unsafe product.
- An item significantly different from its description.
- An item that doesn’t perform as promised and can’t be easily fixed.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
